HideAway Haven's Becki & Maggie accepted an invitation from the President of Skål International Albany, to join leading tourism managers to attend a special cocktail evening, to celebrate Skål Albany being awarded the International Club of the Year 2009. We met special guests National President, Russell Butler and National Vice President Bernard Whewell and President of Skål International Garden Route,South Africa, Rory Goldhill.
We had a fun night meeting many people in the travel and tourism industry. We also won first prize in a raffle - a beautiful bunch of Banksia's from the Banksia Farm in Mount Barker.
